As the semester come to a close, April has a been a busy month for public outreach events.
I participated in Mississippi Public Broadcasting’s first Family Fun Day event here an MUW’s campus. With the help of Dr. Whitwam, we had a booth set up with STEM activities for kids coming through the event.
I also participated in the Legacy Flight Academy’s Eyes Above the Horizon event at the Columbus-Lowndes county airport. This event included STEM activities and career focused booths for 4th-12th graders.
