The spring semester has been off to a busy start!
Research students Maddie Guerin and Kate Blankenship volunteered and shared their research experiences at a booth at 2025 research fair organized by the MUW Office of Undergraduate Research.
Our Science and Math department also ran a booth at this year’s STEAM night at New hope middle school, sharing science and math activities with the community! Dr. Poiani shared math activities, while Dr. Burnes and I covered activities related to anatomy and evolution.
Lastly, we also had a booth at Mississippi State University’s annual Science Night at the Museums. Biology senior Mollie Lyons helped me at the booth.
